Do you do calls?

In 99% of cases we don’t do calls.We believe it’s a waste of yours and our time and we prefer to use that time to design for you. Our process has come as an effect of countless completed projects and is tested in multiple different scenarios. Every design hand-off contains thoroughly annotated thoughts from our designers. What it means is that we explain our design decisions so you know WHY we designed something the way we did. You can then comment on the design directly, or let us know your thoughts on Slack.

What if I'm not happy with the designs?

No worries! If you don't like the design we did, we will tweak it until you like it.

What does "One request at a time" mean?

It means that first we finish the task that was submitted and then we can move to another. We don't like to take up on everything at once to ensure everything is perfect and there is no chaos.

What if I want a one-off project?

A one off project starts at $3000 - that’s why it’s better to join the subscription

What else do you do apart from web?

We do a lots of stuff! Mobile design, Graphic design, 3D & Animation, Banners and flyers. If you have something in mind, chances are we've already done it.

Can you build my website as well?

Yes we can! Some of our designers have these skills to build your website in no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer. If you’d like your website to be built, please notify us before starting the project as it requires an individual pricing.
